KILE MACHINE & MANUFACTURING, INC. (KILE) warrants to the original purchaser of this product for a period of one year from the date of purchase that this product is free from defects in workmanship. KILE's liability with respect to any warranty claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. KILE

shall have no liability for damages, injuries, or claims, resulting from or attributable to the assembly of any product that is delivered unassembled to the original purchaser. Any modification or welding, or any repairs other than those performed by KILE or KILE's agent, or use of mounting hardware, or additions, not provided by KILE, shall void this warranty in its entirety. Except for this warranty of workmanship,

KILE makes no warranties regarding this product, express or implied, including but not limited to WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY and/or FITNESS FOR PURPOSE.

Caps Warranty

KILE warrants to the original purchaser of Kile® Clear View® that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. If any cap is found to be defective because of material or workmanship during this period, the following credits toward purchase of a replacement cap shall be the exclusive remedy for the defect:

• Within the first year following the date of purchase, a credit of 100%;
• Within the second year following the date of purchase, a credit of 80%
• Within the third year following the date of purchase, a credit of 60%;
• Within the fourth year following the date of purchase, a credt of 40%;
• Within the fifth year following the date of purchase, a credit of 20%;
  towards the purchase of a replacement cap.

To obtain a credit based upon defective material and/or workmanship, the defective cap must first be returned to KILE, together with proof of purchase and date of purchase. In no event shall this warranty apply to, and shall KILE have any responsibility for any cap found to have been improperly installed, abused, misused, used with a plug other than a plug provided by KILE or used for any purpose other than that for which it was designed and manufactured. Under no circumstances shall KILE have any responsibility or bear any liability for consequential damages, losses or injuries, whether caused by a defective cap or otherwise. KILE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO KILE® CLEAR VIEW® CAPS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
