K 506 Bar
Improve rotor thresh with Kile bars for AFX/Specialty rotors. The part that feeds the rotor and makes it aggressive are the thresh bars. With the wider area, Kile rotor bars feed the crop to the concave to perform a more complete thresh. Threshing is the act of grain rubbing on grain. The wide extended rasped ramp and aggressive face area of the K506 bar creates more contact on the concave allowing more crop to rub on itself. These deeper and wider rasps, on each bar, are aggressive yet gentle on the crop allowing the material to be 'managed' thru the threshing/separating system.

K 506

K 504 Bar

With the advanced design of our bar, the material is 'managed' to enable a more aggressiveness to the thresh as the transport vanes move the crop along the threshing/separating system.

K 505 and K 503 Bars
Improve rotor thresh with Kile bars for AFX/Specialty rotors. These bars feature either a reverse angle or combination of standard and reverse angle. The K504 and K506 bars are the primary bars on a rotor. The K 505 or K503 bars are considered to be complimentary bars to the K504 and K506 to be used to fine tune a rotor for special circumstances or as the operator chooses.
